Megan Wants a Millionaire Cancelled Until Further Notice
Thursday, August 20th, 2009Vh1 has canceled all future airings of the popular reality show “Megan Wants a Millionaire” after police began searching for contestant, Ryan Jenkins, in connection to the murder of long-time girlfriend and secret wife Jasmine Fiore.
VH1 release a statement yesterday saying, “Ryan Jenkins was a contestant on Megan Wants A Millionaire, an outside production, produced and owned by 51 Minds, that is licensed to VH1. The show completed production at the end of March. Given the unfortunate circumstances, VH1 has postponed any future airings. This is a tragic situation and our thoughts go out to the victim’s family.”
There is still no word as to when Megan Wants a Millionaire will be back on the air. According to VH1, Ryan Jenkins recently won $250,000 on “I Love Money 3″, a reality competition show that is supposed to air later this year.
